Flats fishing
Flats fishing
/March 20, 2011
The wind has been keeping the tarpon, permit, and bonefish at bay for the last few days. Tomoorrow, the temperature is supposed to drop below 80 f (today’s high), to a high of 77 f.
This means that we may lose a few degrees of water temperature, though nothing major. I have heard a few reports today of permit being captured, and a lot of boats have seen tarpon though they are not as cooperative as they could be.
This week should bring some great fishing, especially starting Wednesday or Thursday.
Tight lines,
