This reel is mint, save for a small blemish on the outside of the frame. This has been photographed, and while not deep it is through the anodizing. Other than this mark the reel has never been used, and is otherwise mint. The handle has been oiled per Jack’s original instructions, and included with the reel is all of the original paperwork and box.

For someone looking to fish a reel that is as-new in terms of performance, but not worry about damaging a mint Charlton reel, this would be a great choice. Our recommendation would be to use this as a reel for any application on rod weights from 9-10, and the reduced price means a great chance to purchase a reel to use instead of to collect.
