Description:This was the largest Charlton reel produced, and was made for Judy Charlton early in the production of the 8600B models (the serial numbers began with 8600-8000, making this a very early production model). Her signature is engraved on the drag knob. This reel is one of the rarest of all the Charlton reels produced and has become a favorite of both Spey fisherman and offshore enthusiasts. Most 8600’s are held by collectors at this point, and this would be a great addition to any collection with Judy's signature.
